Avaal's 17th Annual Christmas Night

Avaal Technology Solutions Inc. celebrated the upcoming holiday season with an elegant function at Chandni Banquet Hall in Brampton, Ontario. The event, Avaal's 17th Annual Christmas Night, was held on December 14, 2019 and attended by over 700 guests. The theme of the night was Latin Fiesta.
Every year, Avaal Technology Solutions supports the SickKids Foundation. This year Avaal was pleased to donate $11,000.00. The SickKids Foundation was established in 1972 and raises funds to support the Hospital for Sick Children and also invests in child health research, learning and care. The Hospital for Sick Children is affiliated with the University of Toronto and is Canada's most research-intensive hospital.
Avaal Technology Solutions also supported the William Osler Health System Foundation with a donation of $10,000.00. The William Osler Health System is a hospital system that serves Brampton, Etobicoke and the surrounding area.
Santa Claus was able to take a couple of hours from his busy holiday schedule to visit and meet the children of the guests. Santa brought gifts for the children and posed for photographs. He reported that all the children have been very good this year and should expect a great Christmas.
The evening began with Avaal's Master of Ceremonies, Mr. Jake Dheer, who welcomed everyone to Avaal's 17th Annual Christmas Night. Mr. Dheer is well known in the community and kept the guests entertained with his witty banter.
Guests also enjoyed speeches by many important dignitaries. The Chief Guests for the evening were Patrick Brown, the Mayor of Brampton; Sonia Sidhu, Member of Parliament for Brampton, South; Gurpreet S. Dhillion, Regional Councillor, Brampton, Ward 9 and 10; and Harkirat Singh, City Councillor, Brampton, Ward 9 and 10.
Avaal's CEO, Dara Nagra, gave a welcome speech, thanking all the guests for taking the time to join him and his staff in celebrating the holiday season and told the audience of Avaal's accomplishments over the past year. Mr. Nagra also thanked his parents, his wife, his children, his sisters and his brothers in law for their support over the years. Lastly, he invited his staff to join him on stage.
Interspersed between the speeches, there were live entertainers representing the Latin theme of the night. The performance included a 4 piece Mariachi band to open the evening followed by Mexican Dances, Latin Couple Dances, Bollywood Dances, Brazilian Drummers and Capoeira, Acro Ballroom Dances and Brazilian Samba Dances.
After the speeches and entertainment, the guests were served a delicious Indian Buffet catered by the chefs and staff at Chandni Banquet Hall.
