02 Dec 2011
On the 1st of December 2011, Avaal completed the 15th batch of its ‘Trucking Dispatch Specialist Course’. Manjinder Garcha, Avtar Singh, Hardeep Mann, Surjit Sandhu, and Harvinder Padda were students who successfully graduated this evening. They gained knowledge about the transport industry, including government regulations and requirements, and how they would find loads and make and maintain customer relations.
Avaal appreciates the support of Mr. Amar Sanghera, CEO of Aman Logistics and is grateful that Mr. Sanghera took time out of his busy schedule to present the students with their certificates and give a very motivational speech. Also present as a guest speaker was Bali K. Deol, also known as Lady B from Swaraj Radio 96.1FM, one of the most popular radio stations in the trucking industry.
After the graduation ceremony wine and dinner was served by Avaal staff and was very much enjoyed by all. The evening was also a chance for the students to mingle with professionals in the industry. Students also offered their opinions on the course:
“I learned a lot from this course. I liked the way Mr. Nagra teaches us in the class. He taught us in an interesting and friendly way. I really enjoyed the course.” -Hardeep Mann
“When I was looking for a dispatcher course, everybody told me that only a dispatcher in a company can train you. But after I completed the course, I feel that now I am ready for the market with hands on practice on LoadLink, ProMiles, and Avaal Express” -Avtar Singh
Avaal's courses are designed by industry professionals and focus on face-to-face interaction in a workshop format. This delivers an invaluable learning environment for participants through case studies that will improve skills and understanding that can be applied quickly and confidently to improve bottom line performance.
