Avaal Technology celebrates the completion of its 26th Successful Batch in the Dispatch Specialist course

Brampton, ON -- February 24, 2008 - A jovial atmosphere was palpable within the halls of Avaal Technology this Sunday as a graduation ceremony was held for the 26th batch of students in the Dispatch Specialist Course. Students learn several key modules including, freight matching, route optimization, border crossing, and obtaining freight contracts. The Dispatch course has experienced tremendous success and continues to maintain its position as an industry leader in logistics training.

Manan Gupta of Road Today Magazine presided over the graduation as Master of Ceremonies. The Chief Guest in attendance was Melroy Coelho, Product Marketing Manager for TransCore Link Logistics Corporation. He professed confidence in the future success of the students. Also present as guest speaker was Vikas Gupta of Arrow Truck Sales. Shortly after the ceremony, students and guests were treated to a traditional Indian lunch and proceeded to participate in a group photograph session. Graduates from the 26th batch included; Gurpreet Singh, Mukesh Budhdeo, Arvinder Dhaliwal, Marc Guilbeault, Aleksandra Zoric, Daljit Singh Sohi, Shahab Navid, Gurjit Singh, Gurjant Dhaliwal, Ianina Pantiliciuc, Sukhwinder Saini, Woohyuk Choi, and Harinder Pal Singh.

Avaal Technology recently began operations of its C-TPAT certification division. It acts as a consulting service to logistics organizations that wish to become certified with USCBP (US Customs and Border Protection). C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) is the latest initiative introduced by CBP and offers partners expedited processing of shipments and reduced delays when entering the US. Avaal has also announced an expansion of its Authorities division to include IFTA filing and other paperwork necessary in the upkeep of motor carrier authorities. These services offer a way for trucking companies to save valuable time in their operations
