Responsibilities

  • Develop pipeline and generate new business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to secure profitable loads.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions.

Requirements(Please only apply if you meet or exceed the following requirements)

  • At least 3 years of Freight Brokerage Sales Experience ***A MUST***
  • Proven track record in sales, with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Familiarity with transportation management software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
