Avaal Technology celebrates the completion of its 35th Successful Batch in the Dispatch Specialist course

Avaal Technology’s highly anticipated 35th graduation ceremony took place on Sunday. The graduating students successfully completed the Avaal Dispatch Specialist Certificate course. Students learn to effectively manage daily operations in a transportation company, with an emphasis on revenue and profit maximization. As government regulations often threaten corporate earnings, employers are constantly in search for individuals who can economize on current practices, without compromising on service. Avaal’s courses prepare students to fulfill this challenging role. Present as Chief Guest for the ceremony was Claudia Milicevic, Senior Director and General Manager for TransCore. Ms. Milicevic spoke to the graduates, providing insight into the current state of the trucking industry and congratulating students on their successful completion of the course. Dr. Ranvir Sharda of the Daily Punjabi Newspaper presided over the event as master of ceremonies. After the ceremony, students and guests were served lunch by the Avaal staff and participated in a group photograph session. Graduates from the 35th session included: Bikram Singh Modi, Harvir Palia, Federick Tshola, Anny Jung Hyun Lee, and Abdo Jawass.

Avaal’s Logistics Management Specialist course continues to gain momentum in the transportation industry. This exciting new program focuses on planning and implementing strategies to economize logistics integration between divisions in a large organization while exploring the concept of supply chain management and its various elements. In addition, students acquire the necessary problem solving and analytical skills that prepare them to efficiently process large volumes of data and utilize effective decision making techniques to contain problematic situations. Finally, students receive a strong dose of real world experience through co-op placements in participating partner companies.
