Avaal Technology celebrates the graduation of its third West Coast class in the Dispatch Specialist Course

On Friday Sept 24, Satwinder Dandiwal, Jasbir Singh Dhaliwal, Kamaljot Dhillon, Baljinder Thind, Mary Rampersaud, Kamaljeet Kaur Sidhu, Gurcharan Singh and Randy Ouellette were presented with certificates upon completion of the Avaal Trucking Dispatch Specialist Course. In addition, Sulinder Malhi and Tajinder Malhi from Malhi Carriers Inc. obtained certificates for becoming Avaal Express Software Specialists. The students worked in a challenging and interactive classroom environment. They also spent time in hands-on practical study to complete assignments given.

Professor Gurvinder Singh Dhaliwal from Sher-E-Punjab presented the certificates to the graduates. Mr. Dhaliwal is a well know media figure in British Columbia primarily for his morning show Awaaz-E-Punjab, discussing topics related to Punjab. He is also a recipient of many awards including the Human Rights Activists Journalist Award from the Washington State Human Rights International Organization U.S.A (2005). Sonya Nanda from NSC and Mr. Sarvpreet Singh Saini from Desi Trucking were also present as guests for the event. NSC is an associate with Avaal, providing their knowledge in the safety aspect of the trucking industry. Ms. Nanda gave a very motivational speech inspiring the students to reach further in their careers.

After the graduation ceremony the evening was celebrated with wine and dinner served by Avaal staff. Graduates also gave feedback about their experience. Gurcharan Singh said, “I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into, but I’m glad I came to Avaal. Great crash course.” Randy Ouellette mentioned,” I have enjoyed this week at school; it will help get me going in the right direction. I would like to be able to take more courses soon.”  “It is a really helpful course; it could be helpful to run a business professionally”, added Jasbir Dhaliwal.
